The Palm Springs Art Museum, the Air Museum, Moorten Botanical Garden and the Walk of Stars sit within walking distance of downtown Palm Canyon Drive, and Modernism Week every February is built entirely around the city's architecture. Tahquitz Canyon and the Indian Canyons offer waterfalls and petroglyphs on tribal land. Desert Regional Medical Center and Palm Springs Unified are the largest employers, and Palm Springs International Airport sits inside the city limits.

I document vacation-rental permit status and whether it transfers. Hillside parcels in Little Tuscany, Chino Canyon, Araby and Southridge need slope, pad and west-facing exposure handled separately from view. Small post-war footprints with large additions require careful measurement and a clear quality call. Summer data is thin, so time adjustments have to be built from a longer window.
