Full Service — San Diego & Riverside Counties
I work these two counties in person. Standard appraisals with interior and exterior inspection, drive-by assignments, two-to-four unit inspections, and the complete product range are all available, including the Standard report the IRS requires for improved residential property.
Desktop & Retrospective — Statewide
Anywhere else in California, I prepare USPAP-compliant desktop appraisals without a property visit, built from public records, MLS data and photographs you provide. The report discloses that scope. This is the normal instrument for an out-of-area estate, trust or date-of-death assignment.
