Mission Santa Clara de Asis stands at the center of Santa Clara University, and the Triton Museum of Art and the Harris-Lass Historic Museum sit nearby. Levi's Stadium, California's Great America and the Santa Clara Convention Center occupy the north side, served by the Santa Clara-Great America station and VTA light rail. Central Park and the International Swim Center anchor recreation. Rivermark and the north-side attached projects require project-level comparables, HOA review and confirmation of condominium versus planned-development title.
